No7 Beauty Company (No7BC), a new collection of beauty brands within Boots (the British health and beauty retailer and pharmacy chain) embarked on an internal transformation project – the first under their new brand. Their key challenge was driving staff engagement and retention amid significant changes such as new technology systems and a changed business structure.

The No7 Beauty Company needed support in delivering a successful LinkedIn and social campaign to attract new scientific talent to work at the Nottingham HQ.

Bareska devised a campaign called The People Behind Our Science – which strongly aligned to a previous strand within the business the supported internal transformation. We delivered a campaign plan, approach and style for videography.

World-class animated PowerPoint presentation. Staging and audio-visual facilitation, building posters and advertising. Post pitch materials production, executive summary. Post pitch social campaign. The campaign encouraged and used staff User Generated Content to show a real-life picture of what it’s like to work at Boots and No7.

The deliverables included a strategic approach and the production and delivery of 5 videos to be positioned and targeted online.

Results

An increase in higher quality applications and more qualified talent moving through to interviewed. This sped up the recruitment process, saved time and money and created a larger pipeline of qualified people into the business.
