Requirement Overview

The client needed to engage over 400 customer businesses to drive adoption of new digital services and ways of working. This needed to happen in partnership with Lloyd’s of London and other trade bodies.

The client needed to address a lack of internal staff engagement, high attrition rates and struggling talent attraction.

The client needed to train staff and customers how to use the new digital tools and processes and provide valuable aligned communication to the industry.

Bareska were asked to help deliver a model that allowed the business to reconnect with its staff and customers on a once in a generation industry transformation journey.

Both staff and customers around the globe would need to recognise the business case for change, learn new ways of working and have brand loyalty to a new name in a historic market.
